What happens if a radio is damaged on site?
Normal wear is covered. Physical damage — dropped from significant height, immersed in water — may incur a repair charge. We outline this clearly in the rental agreement before your order is confirmed.
Are the radios legal to use without a radio licence?
Yes. All Octogen units are MCMC type-approved for use in Malaysia. Users do not require an individual radio licence to operate them.
